But there is a multiple selection shortcut in the new Transactions:Banking menu, which is the new online banking "holding queue" for transactions which are awaiting your acceptance to be posted to QBO (known as Bank Feeds in the desktop versions). Similar to the Windows and Mac OS multiple selection trick, select a transaction by checking the checkbox and then to hold Shift and select a transaction above or below the first one you selected. All transactions in between will be checked as well. This is helpful when you would like to select a chunk of transactions for batch acceptance, exclusion or modification. Selecting Multiple Transactions in the Online Banking Window in the New QuickBooks Online (QBO)9/17/2014 Click-and-drag selection is a handy trick in the QuickBooks desktop versions to quickly mark a continuous group of transactions "cleared" in the bank reconciliation window. Unfortunately click-and-drag does not work in QBO. And sadly, the multiple-selection feature that I discuss here will not work in the reconciliation window in QBO. There is currently no shortcut in the new QBO to select multiple transactions in one click. You can no longer click and drag in the QB for Mac 2015 or 2016 in the reconcile window. This was a huge time saver in the 2012 and prior versions. I find it infuriating that you can no longer do this. I now need to click each transactions when I have close to 700 each month. This would be fine if I I reconciled monthly but I do it quarterly or every 4 months or so. Any trick for new Mac desktop version?

True -- Mostly. This post is about selecting multiple transactions with one click in QBO, but says that it only works in the Transactions >> Banking, a.k.a. Bank Feeds queue. And that is true - in that queue you can indeed select multiple transactions in one click using the method described above. But unfortunately the method does not work in a reconciliation session or anywhere else in QBO that I am aware of.

You can select it by pressing space bar then down arrow then space again. Rapid fire all the way down....Also can deselect it by hitting space bar again.
